Powerhouse Jeeps Inc. is a dedicated Jeep engine builder and complete driveline specialist.
Our core focus is professionally rebuilt Jeep engines, transmission rebuilding, and drivetrain systems engineered for strength, reliability, and real off-road use.

From engine builds and ECU tuning to transmissions, front and rear differentials, axle upgrades, and precision regearing, every component is built to work together as a system. We also support complete Jeep builds with custom fabrication, suspension solutions, long-arm setups, armor, and structural upgrades where required.

When was Powerhouse Jeeps established?
Powerhouse Jeeps was officially established in 2020, built on a foundation of over 35 years of professional engine-building experience. Long before launching Powerhouse Jeeps, our lead builder owned and operated Speedway Corvettes, where precision engine work, performance reliability, and attention to detail were the standard.

That depth of experience carries directly into every engine we build today. While the Powerhouse Jeeps name is newer, the craftsmanship, processes, and expertise behind it are proven, refined, and time-tested.

When you work with Powerhouse Jeeps, you’re not working with a startup — you’re working with decades of hands-on engine-building knowledge, now focused exclusively on Jeep platforms.
Do you hold contests or events?
Yes — absolutely.
We are actively involved in the Jeep community year-round. In addition, Powerhouse Jeeps attends Great American Crawl events across the United States throughout the year, connecting with fellow Jeep owners, builders, and off-road enthusiasts.

Is ECU tuning required with an engine rebuild?
ECU tuning is strongly recommended with all Powerhouse Jeeps engine builds. Proper calibration ensures correct fueling, ignition timing, throttle response, and drivability based on the specific engine configuration and upgrades. This helps maximize performance, reliability, and engine longevity.
Is the tune custom or preloaded?
All Powerhouse Jeeps tunes are custom and vehicle-specific. No generic files or one-size-fits-all calibrations are used. Each tune is developed based on your engine build, supporting modifications, and intended use.
What performance gains can I expect?
Results vary depending on the engine package and vehicle setup, but most customers experience:

Can you tune my Jeep if it has modifications?
Yes. Our tuning can accommodate common supporting modifications such as intake, exhaust, gearing changes, and internal engine upgrades. All modifications should be disclosed prior to tuning.
Is tuning available without an engine build?
Yes. Standalone tuning is available for supported Jeep platforms, but tuning is most effective when paired with a Powerhouse Jeeps engine build.
