Powerhouse Jeeps was founded by Basileios (Billy) Foutris, a master mechanic, engine builder, and performance specialist with over 35 years of hands-on experience.
Billy’s career began in motocross and evolved into drag racing and high-performance engine building, where precision, durability, and mechanical discipline were developed through real-world testing under extreme conditions.
As the former founder of Speedway Corvettes, his work earned recognition in both the racing and automotive communities, including record-setting builds and industry features.
