RETURN POLICY

Returns:
If a product is defective we will generally offer to replace the product with a good one as long as the item in question is in stock. The only returns for apparel and accessories are for defective products or if an incorrect product is shipped.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping:
Generally, we will offer to send you a replacement product and we cover shipping in this case. If you refuse this replacement product and still wish to return your defective item for a refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Once we receive your item and if your refund for a defective product is approved, your refund will be the price of the product only. The cost of your original shipping will not be refunded. If you request a pre-paid return label to return a defective product, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item worth over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or error of any kind in the address provided by the customer, the customer will be given the option to ship the order again or cancel the order. The customer will be responsible for paying for shipping to the corrected address. If the customer chooses instead to cancel the order, the refund will only be for the price of the product. The shipping price will not be refunded.

Repairs or Exchanges (if applicable):
We understand that things break and we want to do our best to help you with those items. If you have any issues send us an email at billy@powerhousejeeps.ca and we will discuss the options. We can not be held accountable for damage to apparel and goods caused by improper washing, wearing, or contact with any 3rd party chemical or substance (deodorant, bug spray, detergent, stains, etc).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
